Naomi has over 30 years of international experience combining leadership of operational businesses and consultancy roles in Marketing, Strategy and Turnaround (with McKinsey & Co) as well as serving as a Non-Executive Director. Having spent over half of her career at the fore front of change and delivery performance, she now works behind the scenes using systemic coaching and facilitation to enable people and organisations to be successful.
Naomi’s approach is grounded in a practical appreciation of business dilemmas, and operational pressures. Fluent in French, Spanish and Italian, she often supports leaders in their own language. Clients appreciate her calm, yet energetic approach, incisive questions, and diverse boardroom experience. Together these enable clear insights and confidence to make change.
She is an ICF accredited Executive and Systemic Team Coach and also holds the FT (Edexel) Non-Executive Diploma. She is qualified in a range of psychometric and team tools including, Hogan, TMSDI Team Management Profile and Leadership Behaviours 360.
