Jane Kirton

Jane Kirton works across a range of organisations including businesses, not-for-profits and professional service firms, coaching individual leaders through significant organisational and career transitions; facilitating teams to develop their impact and effectiveness, and advising on the development and implementation of talent management strategies that enable organisations to achieve their long term ambitions.

Jane’s approach stems from her training and expertise as a business psychologist alongside her extensive experience of working in both line and senior HR roles within a commercial environment. She has a particularly deep understanding of the retail industry, having spent much of her earlier working life with the John Lewis Partnership. Her style is thoughtful and considered; her clients say her focus and insight brings real clarity, helping them identify the most critical issues and their root causes and supporting them to develop and act on sustainable solutions.

Jane holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and diplomas in advanced Executive Coaching and Systemic Team Coaching. She is a graduate of the CIPD and is licenced to use various psychometric instruments, including MBTI; FIRO-B, NEO-PI, Hogan and Career Storm Navigator.
